I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the Protea Hotel during my recent stay. The hotel provided reliable transportation to and from the airport, as well as arranging a driver for longer trips. The views of Lake Victoria from the hotel were simply breathtaking. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location right on the shores of Lake Victoria was breathtaking. I enjoyed spending time by the outdoor swimming pool and taking in the beautiful views. The room was spacious and had a large balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the food served in the restaurant. this place exceeded my expectations with its stunning location and top-notch service.

Its location was practical, just next door to the airport in Entebbe, the restaurant and Transport. It also was to other areas of Uganda.

Secondly, the staff here are top-notch, providing attentive and friendly service that truly makes you feel at home. Finally, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. Plus, the price is more than reasonable for what you get. this hotel exceeded all expectations!

There is bad smell in some places.

The hotel is located on the shores of Lake Victoria, providing a beautiful and tranquil setting. The rooms are comfortable, with generous-sized balconies offering a great place to relax and soak in the surroundings. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

The dining area and reception area could use some updating.

The lake view from the room was breathtaking, and the spaciousness of the rooms was a plus. The shuttle service provided was top-notch and made things convenient for us. The hotel's location was in proximity to the airport and other key attractions, making it an excellent base to explore the city.

The food choices offered were insufficient, and there was no access to snack foods throughout the day and night. We found the room rates a bit high, given the quality of services provided.

Great Service and Scenic Lake Views!

I had a wonderful experience during my recent business trip in Entebbe! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary drinks upon my arrival and even upgrading my room for free. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated near the airport and provided breathtaking views of the serene Lake Victoria. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and well-maintained swimming pool.

I must say that the overall cleanliness of the hotel was somewhat lacking. The bathroom in my room could have been better maintained and the sheets on the bed seemed a bit old and worn.

The hotel had a pleasant front terrace with live music, making it a great spot to relax. The location was convenient, either near the airport or very close to it. Rooms were modern and nice with comfortable beds, and the restaurant served a great breakfast with good food options.

There were some issues with the pool staff and hotel management not accommodating simple requests.

Amazing customer service from Charles and Richard at the front desk and the gentleman in charge of the breakfast coffee/tea point. The location is conveniently near the airport and right on the beautiful Lake Victoria shore.
